2. What Cashgo provides

Cashgo is an exchange-rate comparison and information service for sending money from Malaysia to supported countries. We display indicative exchange rates and payment provider options so you can compare choices before you transfer.

Cashgo does not itself hold, transmit, or process your funds. Account registration, identity verification, and the actual transfer of money are handled by our partner platform, which you reach through the Login and Register links in this app. Your use of that partner platform is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not this document.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you in your country and the recipient’s country.

4. Rates and information accuracy

Exchange rates, fees, and provider availability shown in the Service are refreshed regularly but are indicative only and can change before you complete a transfer on our partner platform. Always confirm the final rate and fee on the partner platform before you send money. We are not liable for differences between the rate shown here and the rate applied at the time of an actual transfer.

5. Third-party links and services

Links in the Service — including Login, Register, and Customer Service — take you to third-party destinations (our partner transfer platform and WhatsApp support). We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and the Cashgo name — is owned by or licensed to Cashgo and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cashgo is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on rate information shown here or from your use of any third-party platform linked from the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
